As a sister company of Passwerk, TRplus gives shape to our great ambition to further broaden the activities of Passwerk to other areas in which the typical qualities of people with autism form a strong added value. This symbiosis manifests itself in numerous, highly valued functions. TRplus has been trying to identify these and create opportunities around them for as many people with autism as possible since 2017. Currently, these are Software Development, Business Intelligence, and X-ray Screening. However, these areas of expertise can be further expanded in the future. The basis for this is always taken from the success model of its sister company.
When TRplus was founded in 2017, the focus was entirely on deploying consultants with autism within the domain of software development. In that case, all candidates had to have already completed a training course to become a software developer. Based on the specific technical-content profile of each candidate, TRplus searches for projects that closely match this profile and that last at least six months.
Subsequently, a partnership was concluded with G4S, world leader in the security sector, at the end of 2018. Based on our accumulated expertise, TRplus searches for X-ray screeners with an autism spectrum profile. We take care of the recruitment and selection of candidates in this process in consultation with the G4S HR department. TRplus provides the necessary follow-up and tailored guidance during the training phase and final employment at G4S as well.
A partnership with SAS was concluded at the end of 2019 for our extensive expertise in the field of Business Intelligence. As a part of this, a number of consultants were trained in programming in SAS. In addition, several consultants received training in Power BI from Microsoft.
